Your Treatment, Step By Step
1. Your Complimentary Consultation
One of our nurse prescribers assesses your skin, listens to what is actually bothering you and tells you honestly whether Profhilo will fix it. If your concern is volume rather than skin quality, they will point you to Structura instead. There is no charge and no obligation.
2. Mapping The Injection Points
Profhilo is delivered to five specific points on each side of the face, chosen because the product spreads most effectively from them. Your practitioner marks these out before starting.
3. The Treatment
Ten small injections with a fine needle, and it is quick. The whole appointment usually takes around thirty minutes including preparation. Most people find it very manageable, and a topical numbing cream is available if you would prefer one.
4. Afterwards
You will have small raised bumps where the product has gone in. They look more alarming than they are and they settle within a few hours as the Profhilo spreads through the skin. Then you leave and carry on.
When You Will See Results, And How Many Sessions You Need
Profhilo is not an instant treatment, and anyone promising you it is has misunderstood it. You may notice better hydration in the first week or two, but the change that matters, the firmness and the texture, builds as your skin produces new collagen.

Profhilo Structura is the treatment designed for that, and your practitioner will tell you at consultation which of the two your face actually needs.
Is Profhilo safe?
Hyaluronic acid is very well tolerated, and Profhilo is a regulated product. What matters far more is who is injecting it.
