Tinkable is a doctor led aesthetic clinic, and that single fact shapes everything about the care you receive here. Every person who treats you is a doctor or a nurse prescriber, medically qualified, registered with the GMC or the NMC, and trained specifically in aesthetic medicine. We have never employed a beauty therapist to carry out a medical procedure, and we never will.
That matters more than it might sound. When you sit down for Anti Wrinkle injections or dermal fillers, you are having a prescription medicine or a medical device injected into your face. You want the person holding the needle to understand facial anatomy, to recognise a complication early, and to be qualified to manage it if one ever arises. Our team is.

What medically led care actually means for you
Those letters after each name are worth knowing. RGN means Registered General Nurse. INP means Independent Nurse Prescriber, which allows a nurse to prescribe medicines in their own right rather than relying on a remote prescriber who has never met you. MBBS means a qualified doctor. Every practitioner here holds live registration and completes continuous professional development every year.
We are also registered, regulated and inspected by Save Face, the independent register accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, and we have held their excellence award for more than ten years. If you are comparing clinics, that register is the first place to look.
You will be offered a complimentary, no obligation consultation before any treatment, and a complimentary review appointment after your Anti Wrinkle treatment so we can check your result and adjust it if needed. If you would rather see the same face every time, just ask. We actively encourage continuity, because a practitioner who knows your history gives you better results than one meeting you cold.

Every practitioner here is trained across our full range, so whichever clinic you visit you are seeing someone who does this every day. Our team delivers Anti Wrinkle treatment from £200, dermal fillers from £275, and skin boosters including Profhilo at £300.
For skin that needs rebuilding rather than filling, our regenerative work covers polynucleotides, PRP and exosomes. Sally leads our skin health work, including the Obagi skincare system. You will find everything set out on our price list, and Klarna is available if you would prefer to spread the cost.
