If you feel that you need support, are currently having difficulties, are facing a crisis or trauma, then counselling may be able to help.

I have been counselling for 12 years and work on a full time basis, I have worked with a variety of clients and in various settings. I trained in an Integrative approach using different theories to enable me to understand how to support and help clients to find ways forward. Many clients enter therapy feeling stuck and hopeless. I can help you to move past this place and to understand what led to these feelings in the first place.

My approach is based on empathy and understanding, and each client is treated as an individual. Therapy is a very personal process and it will be tailored to you. I feel that the relationship and having true understanding is key to helping clients to change. I will aim to increase your awareness of your issues and explore what is keeping you there and look to help you move past it.

I have experience of working with many issues including, depression, relationship problems, sexual assault, domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety, panic disorder, family issues, anger management, bereavement, guilt, shame and low self esteem.

I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and abide by there ethics and code of practice.
