Choosing an aesthetic treatment means trusting someone with your face, your health and your money. You deserve to know what standards that person is held to before you book, not afterwards.

This is our patient charter. It sets out what you can expect from us at every appointment, at all five of our Midlands clinics in Enville, Bridgnorth, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Daventry.

It is not marketing language. Every commitment below is something you can hold us to, and something you can check independently.

What you can expect at every appointment

Your treatment is carried out by a Save Face accredited practitioner, on the Professional Standards Authority accredited register.
Your medical history, health and wellbeing are assessed before any treatment is offered, not after you have committed.
You are told the benefits, the side effects, the risks and the possible complications before you decide, so your decision is genuinely an informed one.
You are never pressured. If a treatment is not right for you, we will say so, even when that means you leave without booking anything.
Every practitioner is trained and certified for the treatments they provide, and keeps that training current.
Our clinical environments are assessed against Save Face standards and comply with health and safety legislation. Our Enville and Bridgnorth clinics hold full Save Face premises accreditation.
You are offered aftercare and a review appointment after treatment, so we can look at your results together rather than leaving you to judge them alone.
Emergency aftercare support is available 24 hours a day.
All products are sourced from reputable, regulated supplying pharmacies.
Our pricing is published in full on our price list, with Klarna available if you would rather spread the cost. A refundable deposit secures your appointment.
You can ask to see the same practitioner at every visit, so the person treating you knows your face, your history and what you are working towards.

A Save Face accredited clinic since 2014

Save Face is the government approved national register for non surgical cosmetic treatments. It is itself accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, the same independent body that oversees the registers for other regulated health professions.

Our clinicians have been on that register since 2014. That is more than a decade of continuous assessment rather than a certificate earned once and displayed ever since.

This matters because accreditation is neither automatic nor permanent. It is reassessed, it has to be maintained, and it can be withdrawn. A practitioner who is on the register today has been checked recently, which is not something you can assume about a practitioner who simply says they are qualified.

Aesthetic treatment in the UK remains largely unregulated. Anyone can set up and inject, whatever their background, and there is no legal requirement for the person treating you to hold a medical qualification. Checking the register is the most reliable way to know who you are dealing with, wherever you choose to go.

What the Save Face assessment involves

Save Face accreditation is not a paid listing. It is an assessment process covering more than a hundred separate criteria, reviewed against published standards and repeated on an ongoing basis.

The assessment looks at areas including:

Professional qualifications and current registration, verified directly with the NMC or the GMC rather than taken on trust.
Medical indemnity insurance appropriate to the treatments being provided.
The clinical premises, including hygiene, infection control and safe storage of products and equipment.
Consultation and consent processes, including how risks are explained and how decisions are recorded.
Where products are sourced from, and whether they are legitimate and traceable.
Patient record keeping and confidentiality.
Aftercare, follow up and how complications would be managed if they occurred.
Complaints handling and how concerns are responded to.

The clinicians who will treat you

Every injection at Tinkable is given by a doctor or a nurse prescriber. We do not use beauty therapists for medical procedures, and we do not use trainees to deliver treatments unsupervised.

You do not have to take our word for any of this. Both of our accredited clinics have a public entry on the Save Face register, showing our accreditation date, our accredited practitioners, the treatments they are approved for and verified patient reviews.

If something is not right

Most concerns are easiest to resolve quickly and directly. If you are unhappy with any part of your treatment or your care, tell us first. Get in touch and we will look at it properly rather than defensively.

If you would rather raise it independently, or you are not satisfied with how we have handled something, you can raise a concern with Save Face directly. That route exists precisely so that patients are not dependent on the goodwill of the clinic, and we would rather you used it than stayed unhappy.

Where this matters most

Accreditation is reassuring on every treatment, but it matters most where the risks are real and the results are hard to reverse.

Our anti wrinkle treatments use a prescription only medicine, which legally requires a face to face assessment by a prescriber before it can be prescribed for you. Our dermal fillers involve placing product near facial blood vessels, where recognising and managing a complication quickly is what separates a good outcome from a serious one. Our weight loss injections are prescription medicines requiring ongoing medical oversight rather than a one off transaction.

These are the treatments where who is holding the needle changes the outcome. It is why we have never moved away from a doctor and nurse prescriber model, even where it would have been cheaper to.
