    Lines, folds, and wrinkles in the lower face area (below the eyes) are generally caused by physiological ageing and are best treated with one of the dermal filler range. Some lower face concerns can be treated by one of the Botox Family but results have proven to be aesthetically unfavourable, and the risks connected with lower face Botox treatments are higher.

    Dermal Fillers, Restylane, Juvederm, Perlane, Radiesse, Sculptra, Restylane Sub-Q, Restylane Vital and Restylane Vital Light, have wide indications, for correction and smoothing lines and wrinkles, to shaping and contouring the face, to filling scars and pitting.

    Restylane Vital and Restylane Vital Light are ideal treatments / products for improving Hydro-balance and plumping of the skin and should also be considered for scaring.

    Lines on the Chin and Jaw

    Lines on the chin may be treated with a Dermal Filler however, these type of lines, usually thin diagonal lines and often presenting with a hachured effect around the upper jaw area have often proven to be more difficult to treat.

    For these lines you should consider Sculptra or Restylane Vital. Sculptra will provide an over all rejuvenation and will last for 3 – 4 years.Once the results of Sculptra are seen the need for further correction may not be necessary
