Lines above the lip
Sometimes called smoker lines, the correct name is Perioral Lines, and unfortunately are not restricted to smokers. These lines don't usually need much product to treat. Often a 1/2 a vial of Restylane or Juvederm will suffice and in many cases treatment directed not to the individual lines, but treatment along the border of the upper (lip) will give excellent results. Products used for these lines are Restylane, or Juvederm.
Down turn at the edge of the mouth.
These appear as if they are extended lip lines and may be apparent on some people, as if the upper lip folds over the bottom lip just at each corner of the mouth. They give the impression of sadness. However the good news is that these are easily treated with Restylane or Juvederm
